AC series Resin Bond Diamond is polycrystalline diamond ultra-hard abrasive, is widely used in the production of resin-bonded diamond grinding wheel. polycrystalline diamond consists of a plurality of block-type structure of the sub-crystalline composition, having an irregular crystal shape, rough surface, excellent brittle resistance and superior self-sharpening, high grinding efficiency, high service life and high finish good quality for grinding tungsten carbide, silicon nitride, alumina, silicon carbide, optical glass, glass and ceramic, etc. various non-ferrous materials provides the best performance.
AC4
Features: resin bonded diamond in the brittleness of the highest intensity minimum of the polycrystalline body, dark grey, excellent self-sharpening, which is micro-crushing ability so that in the low-load grinding efficiency is higher.
Uses: suitable for low-load resin bond grinding tools for finishing hard alloy, optical glass and the quality of products demanding fine grinding field.
AC6
Features: resin bonded diamond in the middle brittleness and strength of the polycrystalline body, gray-green, good self-sharpening.
