Description
Our PCBN Soldering Cutting Tools with high hardness, high temperature performance and strong chemical inertness, high temperature and black metal does not react chemically, its service life is 10 to 25 times of tungsten carbide knives. PCBN Soldering Cutting Tools is the PCBN monolithic blank and composite blank cut into various shapes of the head, and then welded to the carbide substrate, two welding structure:
1)The overall piece of the cut PCBN overall head in a vacuum furnace overall inertia welded to the carbide substrate;
2)The cut PCBN composite head welded to the carbide substrate. Mainly used for the processing of various types of cast iron, high-speed steel, hardened steel and all kinds of hard materials, widely used in military, automotive, metallurgy, roller, bearing, mold and other industries of cutting.
