Our diamond wire drawing die is divided into single crystal diamond wire drawing die, PCD wire drawing die and CVD wire drawing die three series for users to choose. suitable for drawing all kinds of soft lines, such as: gold, silver, platinum, brass, phosphor bronze, aluminum; and hard lines, such as: iron wire, stainless steel wire, nickel wire, chrome wire, molybdenum wire, tungsten wire, copper clad steel wire.

Suitable for drawing straight diameter 0. 01-2. 0 mm variety of soft and hard lines.
PCD wire drawing dies
Isotropic processing without regard to its orientation, and has better toughness, high hardness, wear resistance, high precision,high finish, in a long drawing process can ensure the surface finish and accuracy of the wire.
Suitable for drawing diameter 0. 05-30mm variety of soft and hard lines.
CVD wire drawing dies
Polycrystalline structure of pure diamond, high hardness, good wear resistance, integrated polycrystalline and single crystal diamond wire drawing die advantages, die hole accuracy and brightness, stability are close to the natural diamond wire drawing die, high finish, high temperature resistance,high precision, in the long-time drawing process can ensure the surface finish and accuracy of the wire.
