CBN micron powder, applied in resin bond, ceramic bond and metal bond, is widely used in grinding, polishing of ferrous metals; also used for the production of high quality PCBN solid blank and PCBN composite blank.
CBN-MB10
Features: made of high quality CBN-B10 is used as a raw material, using advanced production processing technology, by crushing, plastic, purification, grading and other processes processing and into, the Black, the specification is complete, the crystals of high purity, good thermal stability, good self-sharpening and high grinding efficiency.
Uses: suitable for resin bond, grinding and polishing of ferrous metals ideal material.
CBN-MB30
Features: made of high quality CBN-B30 as raw material, using advanced production processing technology, by crushing, plastic, purification, grading, etc. is processed, black, complete specifications, high crystal purity, high strength, thermal stability well.
Uses: applicable to ceramics bond and metal bond, mainly used in the production of high quality PCBN poly wafer and PCBN composite sheet.
CBN-MA20
Features: made of high quality CBN-A20 as raw material, using advanced production processing technology, by crushing, plastic, purification, grading and other processes processing, amber, specifications, crystals of high purity, good thermal stability, good self-sharpening and high grinding efficiency.
Uses: suitable for resin bond, grinding and polishing of ferrous metals ideal material.
